How We Process Personal Information
DocChaser processes personal information as a service provider under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We process personal information solely to provide our document collection and reminder services, and not for any commercial purpose other than providing the service.

Data Transfer Safeguards
All data is stored and processed within the United States. We do not transfer personal information outside the US. All subprocessors are contractually bound to maintain the same level of data protection as DocChaser.
Request DPA Signing
Enterprise customers may request a signed Data Processing Addendum. Our standard DPA is available for download and review.
